A few years ago, I kept seeing the same pattern: women going into birth feeling anxious, unheard, and pressured into decisions that didn’t feel right. I’d felt it myself even with hypnobirthing because being raised to be the “good girl” doesn’t just disappear in the delivery room. But hypnobirthing helped me breathe, trust my instincts, and say no when I needed to and that changed everything.

That’s why I created this free challenge: to help other women feel calm, confident, and in control of their birth experience. Through simple daily actions like affirmations, journaling, and mindset shifts, you’ll gently move from fear to trust, from “what if?” to “I’ve got this.”
